Baltimore County Police say they've charged a 35-year-old man with first-degree murder in the July 4 stabbing death of a Baltimore City man in Essex.
Police have charged Seiko Harris, 35, of no fixed address, in connection with the death of Antoine Mason, 32.
Police said at about 4:17 a.m. July 4, units were sent to the 900 block of Walnut Grove Road, Essex, for a call about someone having trouble breathing. When officers arrived, they found Mason laying on the ground suffering from multiple stab wounds.
He was transported to Franklin Square Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives said they believe Mason was visiting a woman on Walnut Grove Road when a man got into a confrontation with him and stabbed him multiple times. Police said Harris has a child in common with the woman Mason was visiting.
Harris is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
