Baltimore County police say a man was shot early Sunday in the Essex-Middle River area.
At 2:01 a.m., police were called to Ballard Avenue and Midego Drive for a report of a shooting. When they got to the scene, officers found a man who had been shot at least once, police said. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
