Joppa Road in Perry Hall is expected to reopen for traffic Thursday morning after workers repair a 16-inch water main break, officials said.
The water main break happened before 7 a.m. Wednesday and closed Joppa Road between Seven Courts and Belair Road. Crews will be working through the night on Wednesday and early Thursday to finish the repairs and reopen the road.
