A vehicle crashed into a Perry Hall home Thursday morning after the driver jumped out during a traffic stop, Baltimore County police say.
The house is located on the 9100 block of Belair Road, police spokeswoman Louise Rogers-Feher said. Police had stopped the driver in a Jeep about 10:20 a.m., and the driver bailed out of the vehicle while it was still running.
A "small fire" broke out following the crash, she said.
The suspect was spotted by air patrol and taken into custody, she said. Police have not yet identified the suspect but Rogers-Feher said he would face "numerous traffic charges."
