A Baltimore County public school teacher has been charged with sexually abusing a student, police said Thursday.
Chad Aaron Hall, 25, was arrested and released after posting a $150,000 bail, police said. He taught at General John Stricker Middle School in Dundalk, according to police.
In early December the student and Hall started kissing, according to police, and then he allegedly showed the student a note that read "Do you do more than a kiss?"
The teacher also poked the student in the chest and buttocks, according to police.
Officers learned about the alleged relationship on Dec. 21, and police said they are continuing to investigate.
No attorney is listed for Hall in court records and he could not be reached for comment.
