Baltimore County police have charged a 20-year-old man with two counts of attempted murder in a double shooting in Pikesville this month.
Brandon Leon Hinton, 20, of the 6900 block of Brookmill Road is accused of walking up to a group of people Sept. 7 at a nearby Nadine Drive intersection and opening fire, striking the two men before fleeing on foot.
Police were called shortly after 10 p.m. to nearby Blanche Road, where they found one man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital. A second man injured in the shooting was also located at area hospital. Their injuries are non-life-threatening.
Hinton is currently being held without bail.
