Baltimore County police are searching for a registered sex offender who did not report for his required check-in with city police and have issued a warrant for his arrest.
Police say Christopher Hilliard, 33, of the 1500 block of Charlotte Ave., in southeast Baltimore was reported missing on Sept. 17 and did not report to city police on Oct. 8 as required. Hilliard must regularly report to police because he is a registered sex offender and police have issued a warrant for arrest for failing to register.
He was found guilty of fourth degree sex offense in 2007 in an incident involving a 15-year-old victim, online court records show.
Hilliard is 5'7" tall, 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tear drop tattoo by his left eye.
Anyone with information on Hilliard is asked to call county police at 410-307-2020.
