33-year-old killed in fatal crash Wednesday on Pulaski Highway, police say

A 33-year-old man died following a crash Wednesday morning in eastern Baltimore County, police said.

Kenneth Chester Jr. died at a hospital after the 5:30 a.m. crash on Pulaski Highway, west of Middle River Road, Baltimore County Police said in a Thursday news release.

Investigators believe Chester was driving a Mitsubishi Mirage and starting a U-turn from westbound US-40 when his vehicle was struck by a Toyota Rav4 traveling east, according to the release.

Chester was taken to a hospital, as well as the driver of the Toyota, who suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
