A 92-year-old woman died in a house fire in Lutherville Wednesday morning, the Baltimore County Fire Department said.
Firefighters were called about 10 a.m. and quickly knocked the fire, which started in the kitchen of a home in the 1700 block of Lynncrest Ave., fire department spokeswoman Julia Hardgrove said.
The victim was not immediately identified. The cause is under investigation, Hardgrove said. Investigators believe the fire to be accidental, Baltimore County officials said.
