Baltimore County police said Friday they have arrested a 19-year-old in connection with the September shooting death in Lochearn.
Police said investigators have charged Charlie William Jones, 19, in the death of Jonathan Michael Watkins.
Watkins, 20,had been shot once in the head at Lantern Hill Drive and Sedgemoor Road in Windsor Mill on Sept. 20.
Watkins 20, was pronounced dead the scene.
Jones, of the 7400 block of Digby Road, is been charged with first-degree murder and use of a handgun during a felony. He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
Police said they don't know of a motive in the shooting.
