Police seek vehicle in Dundalk hit-and-run

A 31-year-old woman was hit by a dark-colored car on North Point Road in Dundalk shortly before 1:00 a.m. Wednesday, Baltimore County Police said in an afternoon statement.

The sedan-style car, possibly a four-door model, was traveling south near Kimberly Road when it hit the woman. The driver did not stop at the crash scene.

When she was found, the woman's body was in the southbound lane and the west shoulder. She may have been in a crawling position when struck, police said.

The woman was taken to Bayview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call police at 410-307-2020.
