The body found early Sunday on the median near a Giant Food store in Owings Mills was identified Tuesday as Charles George Gamber III, said Det. Cathy Batton, a Baltimore County police spokeswoman.
The 29-year-old's body was found about 8 a.m. in the 9900 block of Reisterstown Road.
Police are awaiting autopsy results from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, which will determine the cause of death, authorities said. Batton said that police do not suspect foul play.
Police do not have a recent address for Gamber, Batton said.
