A 22-year-old Pennsylvania man was killed when his car overturned in Freeland Thursday morning, Baltimore County police said.
Authorities identified the driver as David Justin Waddell, of the 1000 block of Fairview Drive in Hanover, Pa.
The car, a 1995 Dodge Neon was traveling south on Middleton Road toward Beckleysville Road at 6:46 a.m. when it went off the road and struck an embankment and several fixed objects before landing on its roof, police said.
He was declared dead at the scene, police said. The cause of the crash was not released.
