Two large conveyors were involved in a mulch fire at an industrial facility in White Marsh early Wednesday, Baltimore County police and fire officials said.
The incident was reported by county officials on Twitter before 6 a.m. Wednesday. Fire crews were battling heavy smoke amid the fire, which broke out near Days Cove Road in White Marsh, officials said.
The "bulk of the fire" was extinguished shortly after 6 a.m., officials said.
The severity of the fire and additional details, including the cause or any injuries, were not immediately available.
