Nottingham man killed, four injured, in Kingsville crash

A Nottingham man was killed, and four others were injured, in a crash in Kingsville Saturday night, Baltimore County police said.

The victim, Christopher Barnholth-Kerr, was a passenger in a 2007 Ford 500 that crashed into a 2008 Toyota Yaris on Belair Road near New Cut Road just before 10:30 p.m., police said. He and Darren Kerr, who was driving the Ford, were taken to Upper Chesapeake Hospital, police said, where Barnholth-Kerr died.

The Kerrs' address was listed in the 9400 block of Bellhall Drive, police said.

The driver and a passenger in the Toyota, Eric and Sanayah Pineiro of Forest Hill, were taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital for treatment, police said. Nandraine Pineiro, who was also in the Toyota, was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore for treatment.

The Pinieros live in the 500 block of Chestnut Hill Road, police said.

No further information was released on any of the injured people's conditions or the cause of the crash. Baltimore County police are investigating.

It was the second fatal crash at the intersection of Belair and New Cut roads in the past two months. Mario Anthony Silvestri, 87, of Fells Point, was killed in a crash there on May 7, police said.
