Kevin Spaugh, 51, of Parkville, was killed Saturday morning in a car crash one mile from his home, Baltimore County police said.
Police were called around 11:30 a.m. to the crash at East Joppa and Silver Spring roads. Police said the car Spaugh was driving hit a tree.
