'Black Rock Dogs' laid to rest at Baltimore Humane Society
About 50 people gathered Thursday morning as the remains of the 27 dogs that were found dead in “the most extreme filth” in Hampstead were buried at the Baltimore Humane Society in Reisterstown, off Nicodemus Road.
