Two injured firefighters were taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center after battling a two-alarm blaze in Curtis Bay on Sunday afternoon, the Baltimore Fire Department said.
Smoke and fire damaged four houses in a block of rowhomes in the 1600 block of Locust Street, fire officials said. The firefighters' injuries were not expected to be life-threatening.
A second alarm was requested about 4:15 p.m., the Fire Department said. The fire has since been brought under control.
