Man gets 10 years for killing officer in fight over parking space

A man who was convicted of killing a Baltimore police detective by throwing a chunk of concrete has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Sian James was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for hurling the concrete at Detective Brian Stevenson last year during a fight over a parking space in Canton last October. Stevenson was hit in the head.
