City police investigating three shootings

Baltimore Police are investigating three shootings Sunday night in Northwest Baltimore that left one man in critical condition.

Officers responded at 10:22 p.m. to a call for a shooting in a rear yard of the 4200 block of Pimlico Road, according to police. They found a 21-year-old man with gunshot wounds to the head, torso and limbs. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment, police said.

At the same time, a call was dispatched to Reisterstown Road and West Cold Spring Lane, where a 22-year-old victim had sustained a graze wound to the head, police said. He was taken to a hospital, treated and released.

Moments later, officers responded to a third call in the 2600 block of Loyola Northway. The 17-year-old victim was suffering from a gunshot wound to a calf and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Police said the shootings were related, but no further information about the incidents was available at this time.
