City police have identified a man fatally shot in the head in Edmondson Village last week as 36-year-old neighborhood resident.
Officers responding to a report of a shooting on Feb. 2 found Warren Wilmer in the 900 block of N. Woodington Road suffering from a gunshot wound to the head, police said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and later identified as Wilmer, of the nearby 1200 block of N. Augusta St. Police said they did not have a motive or suspects. Anyone with information was asked to call homicide detectives at 410-396-2100.
