Two incidents are delaying commuters on southbound I-83 this morning.

Baltimore Police reported that the interstate was closed at Northern Parkway because of a traffic accident, and also at North Avenue because of a separate incident.

Officials had no further details on how many vehicles were involved, or when lanes will be reopened.
