Baltimore police are investigating a non-fatal shooting of a 46-year-old man Monday night in West Baltimore.

The incident was reported at 8:54 p.m. in the 300 block of N. Bruce Street, police said, in the Franklin Square community.

Based on preliminary information, police say the shooter had an argument with the victim and shot him twice. A second victim was also grazed by gunshots, according to police.

Both were taken to area hospitals for medical treatment, police said.
