Man critically injured in Seton Hill double shooting

One man is in critical condition and another is expected to recover from his injuries after a double shooting in the Seton Hill neighborhood Sunday morning, a Baltimore Police spokesman said.

The two men, both 39, were shot while sitting in a vehicle in the 600 block of West Franklin Street about 2:15 a.m., said the spokesman, Detective Kevin Brown.

One man was shot in the torso and is in critical condition; the second was shot in the leg and arm, Brown said. Police did not release either man's identity.

In other news, a man was shot in the leg in Northeast Baltimore early Sunday, Brown said.

Based on preliminary information, the incident might have occurred during an attempted robbery in the 3500 block of East Northern Parkway about 12:37 a.m., the spokesman said.
