Police also identified the man fatally shot Sunday morning in the 2500 block of Winchester St. as 55-year-old Daniel Payne. Police were investigating his death as a possible robbery.

Officers were called to the West Baltimore address about 9 a.m. and found Payne suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was taken to St. Agnes Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
