A 44-year-old man was fatally stabbed early Friday after an altercation in his eastern Baltimore apartment building, just off Interstate 895 near the Pulaski industrial area, according to police.
Two men got into a fight in the 6000 block of Moravia Park Drive, and the victim was stabbed several times in his chest, said police spokesman Donny Moses. Officers were called to the scene about 12:30 a.m. and found the man, who lived at that location, lying in the apartment hallway.
The man, unresponsive and bleeding from his torso, was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead about 1:30 a.m., police said.
