Two men were wounded in two separate shootings Thursday night, according to Baltimore police.
An officer responded to the first shooting, in the 1600 block of N. Milton Avenue in East Baltimore, about 7:30 p.m. The victim was found inside a home, sitting on the couch with a gunshot wound in the left side.
The man was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital for treatment with injuries that weren't considered life-threatening, according to police.
In the second shooting, police responded to the 2400 block of Wilgrey Court, off Hollins Ferry Road, in Westport around 10:55 p.m. They found the victim suffering from a single gunshot wound in the left side of his stomach, police said.
He was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, police said.
No information is yet available on the victims' indentities or conditions.
