A body was recovered from the harbor in Fells Point this morning, according to a Baltimore fire spokesman.

The body of a "partially decomposed" man was found at 8:35 a.m. in the 1700 block of Thames Street, according to Chief Kevin Cartwright, the spokesman.

Baltimore police are on the scene and are not yet able to determine age, other identifying characteristics or the circumstances that led to the man's death.
