A 23-year-old man died after he was shot multiple times in Northeast Baltimore Thursday night, according to Baltimore Police.

An officer responded to the 4300 block of Belair Road and found the victim lying outside a bar and liquor store with multiple gunshot wounds to the head and torso, police said.

He was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital and pronounced dead at 12:20 a.m., police said.
