A man was fatally stabbed in the neck early Wednesday morning in East Baltimore, according to city police.

The victim, whom police have not released any information about, was found in the 700 block of N. Lakewood Ave. about 3:15 a.m. He was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital and pronounced dead a short time later.

Police have arrested one suspect in the case.
