The Whole Foods grocery store in Mount Washington was evacuated for a bomb threat Saturday night, but no explosives were found, a Baltimore Police spokesman said.
Police were called to the store, in the 1300 block of Smith Ave. in North Baltimore, about 7 p.m., Det. Jeremy Silbert said. It was the storeās decision to evacuate shoppers, he said.
A Whole Foods manager referred a Baltimore Sun reporter to a corporate spokesperson who could not immediately be reached for comment.
No other information was immediately available.
