Three men shot in separate overnight incidents in Baltimore

Baltimore City police report three men were shot and wounded in separate incidents Saturday night and early Sunday morning.

In the first incident, at about 11 p.m., a 29-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his stomach walked into an area hospital. The victim told investigators called to the hospital that he was walking in the 1900 block of Frederick Avenue when he heard a loud noise and felt a pain in his stomach. He remained hospitalized Sunday.

Also at about 11 p.m., officers responding to a report of gunfire and found a 33-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg in the 1900 block of N. Payson Street. Investigators said they believe the man was shot in the 1900 block of Herbert Street by an unknown suspect.

And at about 3 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to the 1000 block of Bethune Road and found a man shot several times. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Police are asking anyone with information on these shootings to contact investigators.
