A box truck was involved in a crash with three cars in West Baltimore on Friday evening, the city fire department said.
Five medic units were sent to the scene in the 1900 block of Harlem Ave, fire department spokesman Samuel Johnson said.
Seven people were taken to the hospital but their injuries were not expected to be life threatening, Johnson said.
