The Baltimore Department of Public Works will suspend some of its customer support from Saturday to Tuesday as it transitions to a monthly water billing schedule.
Customers will still be able to pay bills and have access to other functions including turn-on requests, turn-off requests, initiation of new senior discount program applications and of new hardship program applications, and requests for mailing address changes.
But over the weekend until Tuesday, customers will not be able to enroll in new payment arrangements or initiate requests for lien sheets or informal bill conferences. DPW will also not be able to give customers updated information on pending adjustments to accounts.
