A two-alarm fire on Tuesday has caused a residence on the 3400 block of Hamilton Avenue to collapse, but Baltimore City Fire officials said that the dwelling was unoccupied and they reported no injuries.
Baltimore City fire spokesman Roman Clark said the fire was reported at 9:55 a.m. at the two-and-a-half story dwelling. Clark said the fire "fully engulfed" the structure, causing it to collapse.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, said Clark.
