A 9-year-old girl is in critical condition Sunday after being rescued from a creek in Herring Run Park, Baltimore police said.
The girl is being treated at a local hospital. She was rescued from a waterway in the Northeast Baltimore park around 2 p.m., according to police.
She was playing with other children near the water when she slipped and fell in, police said. The other children went to get help.
No other information was immediately available.
