Five shot, one fatally, in Baltimore overnight

Five people were shot, one fatally, in Baltimore Wednesday night, police said.

Two men were shot at around 1:50 a.m. in the 3600 block of Garrison Boulevard in Northwest Baltimore. A 22-year-old man shot in the torso was taken to a hospital, where he died, police said.

Another man who had been shot in the same incident was found one block away from the first victim, police said. He is in critical condition at an area hospital, according to police.

Shortly before 10:30 p.m., officers found a 41-year-old man shot multiple times in his torso in the 2500 block of Hollins Street in Southwest Baltimore's Shipley Hill neighborhood, police said.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was in critical condition, police said.

Police said the man was shot in the 100 block of South Franklintown Road.

Roughly half an hour later, police said, officers responding to the 3400 Block of Clifton Avenue found a 53-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds.

The man is also in critical condition at a local hospital, police said.

Police said that a 28-year-old man had been shot in the same incident and was also taken to a nearby hospital.

Police said they have not identified suspects in any of the shootings.
