A man was shot to death in Penn North early Tuesday, one of five victims of overnight shootings.

A man was shot to death in Penn North early Tuesday in one of five overnight shootings, Baltimore police said.

Officers were called to the 2300 block of McCulloh Street at 2:21 a.m. and found an unidentified man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, police said. He was taken to an area hospital, where he died.

Earlier monday night, a 24-year-old man walked in to Medstar Union Memorial Hospital about 7:20 with a gunshot wound to the lower body. He said the shooting occurred at McCulloh and Laurens streets in Druid Heights, about five blocks from the fatal shooting that would occur hours later. He is expected to survive, police said.

Around 11:50 p.m., police responded to a double shooting in the 400 block of East 33rd Street in Oakenshawe and found two 23-year-old men suffering from gunshot wounds to their upper bodies. One of the victims was in critical condition at an area hospital, police said.

At about 2:10 a.m. Tuesday, police found a 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the upper body in the 900 block of West Lexington Street in Poppleton. He was taken to an area hospital and is expected to survive.

Police said they have no suspects in the Oakenshawe or Poppleton shootings, nor in the Penn North homicide.
