A 27-year-old man was shot in Northeast Baltimore Tuesday afternoon and later died at a hospital.
Police said the man was shot at around 1:30 p.m. near the intersection of Hugo Avenue and E. 28th Street in the Coldstream Homestead Montebello neighborhood. He later succumbed to his injuries.
The man's identity was not released as officers notify his next-of-kin.
