Man, 31, killed in Waverly shooting

A 31-year-old man was shot to death in Waverly Wednesday night, police said.

A 31-year-old man was shot to death in Baltimore's Waverly neighborhood Wednesday night, police said.

Police were called at 8:20 p.m. to the 700 block of Frisby St., where they found the man with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper torso, police said.

Police identified the victim Thursday morning as Amir Billings, 31, of the 600 block of E 35th St.

He was taken to a hospital where police said he later died.
