All southbound lanes of Interstate 83 have reopened Thursday evening before West Northern Parkway after a vehicle crash, officials said.
Details on the crash were unavailable. Baltimore emergency management officials reported the incident at about 5:40 p.m. and all lanes were closed until about 7:40 p.m., at which time one lane reopened.
All lanes were reopened at about 8:30 p.m.
