Northbound I-95 traffic headed for Russell Street will be detoured to northbound Interstate 395 to Lee Street and on to Russell Street.

The closures are part of an ongoing two-year, $66 million project to replace the decks and joints of I-95 and the ramps that serve it in the Baltimore area.
