Pedestrians struck in city

Two pedestrians were stuck by vehicles in separate incidents Saturday afternoon in Baltimore, police said.

One person was struck at about 2:30 p.m. near the intersection of McElderry and North Robinson streets, police said. The victim was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

The other person was hit shortly after 3 p.m. near the intersection of North Aisquith Street and East Lafayette Avenue and taken to The Johns Hopkins Hospital, police said.

Police did not know if the wet snowfall on Saturday was a factor in either incident.
