A 28-year-old man is dead after a shooting Saturday night in Northeast Baltimore, police said.
The incident was reported at 10:06 p.m. in the 4400 block of Franconia Drive, in the Frankford neighborhood. Police said Jason Ballard, of the same address, was shot in the face.
Ballard was transported to an area hospital, where he later died.
