Isaac was one of two men fatally shot on New Year’s Day in Baltimore. He was shot in the 4900 block of Frederick Ave. at about 4:25 p.m. and taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Witnesses saw a man fleeing the scene in a silver Honda, according to police. Homicide detectives identified Della, a Northeast Baltimore resident, as a suspect in Isaac’s killing based on witness interviews and physical evidence, police said. They obtained a warrant for his arrest Jan. 5, according to online court records.

A preliminary hearing for Della is scheduled for Feb. 28 in District Court for Baltimore City.

Online court records did not list an attorney for Della.
