A woman died after falling into the Inner Harbor’s frigid waters early Monday night, police confirmed Wednesday.
The Baltimore City Fire Department wrote on Facebook that firefighters responded to a report of a woman who fell into the water at the Inner Harbor around 6 p.m.
Upon arriving, responders pulled the woman from the water and she was taken to the hospital in critical condition, the department wrote. She later died, according to police.
The incident is under investigation.
