Five vehicles have crashed on southbound Interstate 83 at 28th Street, a Baltimore Fire Department spokesman said.
The crash was reported at 8:21 a.m., said the spokesman, Chief Kevin Cartwright. Five people suffered non-life-threatening injuries, he said.
