A man was shot in the chest in the 1000 block of Pennsylvania Ave. just before 5 p.m. Saturday, police said.
He was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center and pronounced dead, a police statement said. No other information about the victim was released.
The shooting was on the border of the Heritage Crossing and Upton neighborhoods in West Baltimore.
