Baltimore Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed in Penn North Saturday morning.
Police said an unidentified man was shot in the head in the 1400 block of Retreat Street sometime before 6:15 a.m.
He was pronounced dead on the scene by medics.
Police have no been able to locate any witnesses to the homicide, the department said.
