Police have identified a 34-year-old man who was shot dead in Northeast Baltimore's Frankford neighborhood Wednesday night — the third person to be killed in the same block this year, police said.

A city patrol officer found Glenn Keller Jr. the man shot in the head in the 5300 block of Frankford Ave. just before 8 p.m., police said. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he later died. Keller lived about a mile away on Amberwood Road.
Police gave no information on any suspect or motive. Homicide detectives were called to the scene, and anyone with information may call them at 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
It's the 51st killing in the Northeast District, the district's highest homicide count on record.
In that block alone, Joseph Jones, 37, was found shot to death on Nov. 16, and an unidentified 24-year-old was killed in January.
In September, 62-year-old Diane Griffin was killed in an arson one block away.
Baltimore has surpassed 337 homicides in 2015, its most deadly year per-capita, with about a week left.
